Inspired by the power of memorable moments, we approached Brand Besties’ total rebrand with the company’s staffing culture and commitment to clients in mind. With a playful color palette and friendly tone, we took Brand Besties’ visual and verbal identity into a space of confidence.

Over six months, we developed a total rebrand that would mesh with any client in the company’s multi-industry branded events portfolio—from government entities like the State of Texas to Ariana Grande’s R.E.M. Beauty to tech platforms like Drizly Delivery.

② Brand Values, Messaging & Communications For A New Era of Staffing

To complete Brand Besties’ rebrand, we redeveloped core messaging for the company’s biggest asset—their global event staff teams. In collaboration with the company’s admin team, we scoped out key recruitment language and core values to attract kind, flexible and creative talent.

Through strategic communications design and dynamic frameworks reflecting the business’ long-term goals, we delivered a total update to the brand’s mission, vision, values, voice and tone for the company’s internal and external communications with key stakeholders and audiences.

③ Stamp-Like Creative Direction For A Long-Lasting First Impression

When it comes to branded events, you need more than a photobooth to make something memorable. You need memories that last. So, when it comes to the company’s creative direction, we wanted to make sure Brand Besties’ visual identity left a mark.

We combined dynamic banners, standalone shapes, as well as strong colors, to create a stamp-like creative direction for Brand Besties—perfect for co-branded client proposals, easy for branded uniforms and clear complements for any event case study.

④ Web Strategy & Copwriting For A Conversion-Forward, SEO-Driven Site Experience

To roll out Brand Besties’ rebrand, we collaborated with the company’s development team to retool more than 40 pages of unique UX/UI design.

With every wireframe and page of copywriting, we centered the company’s core brand propositions to ensure the website would remain Brand Besties’ strongest handshake for new customers and prospective staff.
